This programme provides students with the knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice of animal nutrition in production and companion animals. This enables them to apply a scientific and research-led approach at a practical level to improve performance, health and welfare.
2.2 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Equine Science, Animal Care, Agriculture or Agricultural Sciences.
This programme is ideally suited for those individuals who want to pursue a career in the commercial animal nutrition or veterinary nutrition sectors, or for those who wish to go on to further academic and research endeavours through studying for a PhD.
