The CIPD Intermediate Level qualification in HRM will develop your ability to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR models and practices, and increase the understanding of the external factors that impact upon HR activities and organisations. Entry Requirements

The CIPD Intermediate Level qualification in HRM offers the perfect platform to further develop your HRM knowledge after studying a CIPD Foundation level qualification.

Alternatively if you have sufficient experience in working in HR, or have a related degree, but have not yet pursued a professionally-recognised HR qualification, you can choose to study CIPD Intermediate Level qualifications.

If your first language is not English, you must hold a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (or equivalent).

Module Details

Fast-track study programme

Our fast-track tuition will enable you to complete the course in as little as nine months. By delivering your training in separate week-long ‘chunks’ – Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm – you’ll quickly learn all the essential knowledge you need to start work on your assessments immediately.

The learning ‘blocks’ will include interactive discussions led by your assigned tutor, and will be supported with case studies and exercises to bring the relevant subject matter to life. This will also give you the perfect opportunity to network, share thinking and draw on the experiences of your tutor and fellow students – all of which will further increase your knowledge and enhance your professional prospects.

Each week will be followed by three months of distance learning, which will be supported by distance on-line learning and you will also work through relevant course materials on a self-study basis. Typically this will take a minimum of six hours of your time per week. You will use our dedicated virtual learning environment, and you will of course have access to your tutor and other administrative support throughout this time.
