Course Description

Our well-established and fully accredited MSc will equip you with exceptional analytical and technical skills across a range of civil engineering disciplines, helping you pursue a highly successful career in the field of civil engineering.

Taught by research-active academics, together with practising engineers from consultancies and local authorities, this course will provide you with an excellent balance of academic and industry-relevant knowledge.

The MSc is fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, and it puts emphasis on sustainability and resilience in civil engineering infrastructure design and assessment.

Entry Requirements

A minimum of a 2:2 UK honours degree in civil engineering (or mechanical engineering, architecture, land surveying or other related subjects), or equivalent recognised international degree.

Applicants will be considered on an individual basis, based on strength in specific subjects related to the MSc programme and/or professional experience.
