Designed for those who are eligible for registration in the UK's Health Professions Council as a clinical psychologist.
Applicants must have a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or Doctorate of Counselling Psychology from the UK. The Doctorate degree must meet the requirements to register with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). Applicants with a qualification in Clinical Psychology from outside the UK may be admitted if they can demonstrate that they are eligible for registration with the HCPC.
All applicants must have work experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
Completion of this programme leads to entry to the British Psychological Society Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists.
Previous students have taken up a variety of roles across the UK within the NHS, for instance clinical psychologist, clinical teacher, neuropsychologist and senior clinical psychologist.
