The LLM in Corporate & Financial Law provides a specialist focus on transactions, markets and global regulatory issues. Modern lawyers need to understand the structure and interplay of both corporate and financial law both at domestic and international level.
2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Law (LLB or LLM) or other subject with at least 50% of the credits in Law.
We may also accept degrees in any subject with a minor in Law.
