Blending theory and the latest industry literature with practical application, apprentices will seamlessly transfer and apply knowledge into effective strategies tailored to Production and Technical Management. Enabling Apprentices to re-contextualise knowledge from current work into production and technical management roles.
You will develop a management and communication style rooted in integrity, reliability, and adaptability, embodying the professional standards essential for today’s workplace. You’ll lead with resilience and proactive, creative thinking that aligns with both industry and your organisation’s values. An apprenticeship which focuses on developing people who work with people.
You will learn how to evaluate business operations, resource allocation, and team dynamics, identify improvement opportunities and implement strategic solutions. You will be able to communicate complex production and technical information in clear, accessible ways, keeping colleagues and stakeholders well-informed.
Entry is on an individual basis, including an interview with the programme lead.
Applicants should have:
Level 2 Qualifications in Maths and English - as recognised by the ESFA.
Experience in the industry and an employer that will support them through the programme.
