Technological advances, increased expectations for medicine, longer life expectancy along with legal, ethical and economic factors have led to a vast expansion in medical imaging and diagnostics. There is an increasing need for digital healthcare solutions to meet the changing needs and expectations of patients.
Our MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health will train students in the theory and practical implementation of cutting-edge diagnostic and imaging technologies and expose them to established, as well as emerging, applications using data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
A minimum 2:1 undergraduate UK Honours degree or equivalent international qualification, in a physical sciences, life sciences, biological sciences, medical sciences, mathematics, computer sciences, engineering or another relevant subject.
Please note that applicants will need post A2 Level (or equivalent) knowledge in Mathematics, covering topics such as linear algebra, calculus and analysis, and including differential equations. This could be gained through a mathematics module taken as part of an undergraduate course.
