This course is designed to aid students from a range of backgrounds in building confidence and knowledge in general practice settings. Your clinical skills, underpinned with the latest theoretical knowledge, will be developed for the delivery of person-centred care to individuals, practice population and communities. Course and module leaders are experts in general practice nursing, with experience in research and publishing writing on community nursing and public health, whose knowledge will inform your learning in whichever modular approach you take to your curriculum. Upon completion of your course, you will be able to competently practice as a General Practice Nurse, meeting the workforce demands within General Practice and Primary Care.
