Course Description

Studying in the School of History combines breadth of choice with depth of study. Modules of choice include everything from Anglo-Saxon England to Propaganda to the Modern Middle East; an extensive list of fascinating areas to carve your future studies into.

Students choose from excellent history modules, all carefully constructed and taught by experts with relevant research interests and reputations. Coursework includes short presentations on the student’s dissertation subject, which are considered more of an informal symposium that greatly aids discussion and reflection. Students taking this Diploma as a stepping stone to the MA should include a Dissertation Module.
