Study Details: 12 months full-time, 24 months part-time

It has more than 135,000 members across the world, provides thought leadership through independent research on the world of work, and offers professional training and accreditation for those working in HR and learning and development.
Normally a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline is expected from a UK university or an equivalent academic qualification from a similar non-UK institution is required. Non-graduates with very extensive professional experience and/or other prior qualifications may also be considered.

Graduates of MSc HRM will have gained skills in critical reflection about academic theories, as well as their practical application. Other suitable opportunities exist in management consultancy and in international universities.
