Course Description

This Masters programme will prepare you to solve practical problems in digital health and advanced data analytics.

Commercial focus

You will benefit from our established network as we work closely with NHS, local governments and integrated care system (ICS). Also, commercial organisations both in the UK and internationally, which will provide you placements opportunities, practical projects, and work experience.

This pathway in the MSc Information Management & Digital Business programme, will provide advanced analytics and AI knowledge. It will enable your understandings of the role of data and analytics in decision making, organisation management and policy shaping. You’ll be prepared for technologist and analyst role. Also, for senior roles in healthcare organisations and enterprises in UK and globally.

Student Destinations

The MSc Information Management and Digital Business programme will give you a rigorous academic understanding of real-life and contemporary business issues. Through this pathway, you will be equipped with current knowledge on digital health and data analytics. You’ll gain practical experience of working with organisations based in the UK and internationally, who are keen to support Masters projects. This includes an established network of NHS, local government, policy makers and commercial organisations (e.g. health digital solution suppliers). These experiences will equip you to work in a variety of roles in those organisations dealing with healthcare data. A number of our students join our PhD programmes each year.
