The Intellectual Property Law Postgraduate Certificate is exclusively designed for trainee patent and trade mark attorneys. The programme allows you to study introductory and advanced intellectual property (IP) and technology as well as and to become acquainted with the policies affecting these laws under the guidance of leading scholars and practitioners in the field.
A 2:2 or above at undergraduate level
Applicants must have substantial experience within the Intellectual Property field (usually six months in a trainee position or similar)
