Masters Degree Description

The International Business and Corporate Law stream of the LLM specialises in the complex issues, rules, and regulations in business transactions and corporate law at national and international levels.

The stream covers legal principles related to corporate transactions, activities, governance and finance and practical challenges in the organisation and operation of multinational corporations and cross-border business arrangements.
