Combining theory with practice, you'll critically evaluate some of the most urgent contemporary global issues impacting the diverse field of commerce. These range from legal issues in technology, world trade, banking, finance and corporate governance.
You should have:
An honours degree of 2:2 or above in Law, or
An honours degree of 2:2 or above plus a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) or the Common Professional Examination (CPE), or
An honours degree of 2:2 or above in a related subject (such as business, politics or international relations) and/or relevant experience. Please give full details in your application.
If you don't meet the above requirements but have at least 12 months relevant professional experience and/or equivalent qualifications, we'll consider you on an individual basis.
Your knowledge of the latest international commercial law will put you in a strong position to secure work in professional legal and non-legal contexts.
These include consultancy or business leadership roles in legal practice, public sector employment, banking and financial crime investigation and regulation.
Whatever profession you choose, you'll be equipped with a deeper understanding of the legal issues that can emerge in the commercial world.
