Study Details: MA: 6 months distance learning
This is an online course for those who have already acquired a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or equivalent. The programme is accessible from anywhere in the world.
The Management and Strategic Leadership (Top-up) MA is a distance-learning course that focuses on developing your professional effectiveness as a practising or aspiring manager.
The modules on this top-up course will enhance your knowledge and skills in management, leadership and strategy. You will explore subjects including research philosophy, developing research questions, using literature sources, qualitative and quantitative methods and ethical issues.
You’ll develop the theoretical and practical knowledge to improve your analytical skills, as well as learn how to communicate complex ideas. We’ll also show you how to design, plan, organise and deliver a research report that meets professional standards.
