The MSc Intellectual Property is designed for those wishing to specialise in intellectual property law, specifically for those wishing to become a patent or trade mark attorney. The programme is taught by lecturers from both academia and practice. Students receive a profound education covering the core IP disciplines – patent, trade mark, and design and copyright law – with a focus on UK law but including a strong European and international perspective.
A 2:2 or above at undergraduate level in Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science. Students from other disciplines may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
