The course requires only 2 full days of attendance with the rest of the content delivered via live online conference calls with your cohort.

Are you a Postgraduate Professional (PGP) who works in a healthcare setting and has aspiration to move into a Senior Leadership position? As a PGP with high potential you will want to lead your team from the front confidently and competently in the leadership/ executive arena. This modular course allows you to discover and capitalise on your unique leadership strengths, maximise your leadership legitimacy and improve team performance in your specialist area. It will enable you to safely develop a suite of new executive skills and transfer them directly into practice as you progress through each module.

Entry Requirements

Applicants will normally have a British honours degree (2:2 class or above) or equivalent, in a relevant subject from an approved institution of higher education.
