Across online sessions with experienced Post Compulsory lecturers and allocated personal tutors, your individual participation and achievement are centred, your insights into professional education informing the content of the programme. Tailored to develop understanding of key priorities in the post compulsory sector, this curriculum will prove itself enlightening to both beginning or experienced mentors, opening a wide range of career paths with the awareness and confidence imparted onto you.
An interview may be required (depending on qualifications and experience) preferably in person, although telephone interview can be agreed where appropriate, before being offered a place on the Award.
