PG Cert Professional Studies in Education, Growth Mindset

This course includes two modules that sit within our main MA Education degree. The 60-credit certificate is comprised of two 30 credit modules to include:

• Independent Study: Growth Mindset (30 credits)
• and Exploring Research (30 credits) or Emotional Aspects of Learning (EDU09)

Indicative module content includes:

• Critical interrogation of relevant theoretical and empirical research pertinent to growth mindsets;
• Critical evaluation of interventions designed to foster a growth mindset and;
• Reflective analysis of how relevant stakeholders (to include:  school leaders, teachers, parents and pupils) are engaged in strategies to foster growth mindsets.
