Programme Structure

The online Psychology MA/MSc/PGDip/PGCert curriculum is taught by an internationally recognised department, known for expertise in the arts, creativity, and music. In this flexible programme, students can take breaks when needed and choose the exit pathway that best suits them:

  • Full masters (180 credits), 24 months
  • Postgraduate Diploma (120 credits), 15 months
  • Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits), 8 months

Entry Requirements

With flexible entry and exit routes, this programme is designed for graduates from any discipline who wish to deepen their understanding of psychology and develop the knowledge and skills to apply psychological insights into human behaviour within their current position or future career path.

For entry to the MA/MSc, you’ll need a BA or BSc at level 2:1 or above in any subject.  

If you do not meet standard entry criteria, we may accept applicants with a lower degree or an alternative qualification and work experience. Request information to find out more.

If English isn’t your first language, you will also need an IELTS score (or equivalent English language qualification) of 6.5 with a 6.5 in writing and no element lower than 6.0 to study this programme.
