Student Destinations

Throughout the programme, students are guided along clearly defined pathways aligned with four professional archetypes – each representing distinct future career and employment opportunities:

  • Entrepreneurs and inventors – Equipped to establish and scale new ventures or start-ups, students will be able to commercialise innovative products and services using proven go-to-market strategies that create added value and real-world impact. Students will develop the skills to build their own business and scale new ventures and start-ups.
  • Family business successors – Students will develop the vision and strategic insight to drive generational transformation within their family enterprises. They will learn to challenge existing practices, implement 'blue ocean' strategies for disruptive growth, and embed innovative approaches to long-term value creation.
  • Change management consultants – Graduates will gain the ability to analyse complex organisational problems, design creative and evidence-based solutions, and support clients in improving performance, enhancing market positioning, and achieving strategic alignment through an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Intrapreneurs (corporate executives) – The programme cultivates the skills needed to lead innovation and growth initiatives within established organisations. Students will learn to manage resources strategically, foster agility and resilience, and drive transformation to maintain competitive advantage in rapidly changing business environments.

By the end of the programme, students are not only academically prepared but also professionally equipped to pursue diverse and impactful career trajectories across entrepreneurial, consultancy, corporate and family business contexts.

Students previously on this programme have gone on to set up their own businesses, take over their family business, and become consultants working with large agencies. Others have gained employment in a wide range of industries including social media, artificial intelligence, marketing, and innovation.
