There are no entry requirements for the CMI Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management, however the qualification is designed for supervisors and first line managers and it is anticipated that participants will be working at this level or have relevant experience. If English is not your first language, you’ll also need to provide evidence of at least IELTS 6.5 or Trinity ISE III or Trinity ISE IV.
