On this part-time MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice course you integrate your prior work and life experiences with the theoretical concepts underpinning coaching and mentoring. You will expand your knowledge and understanding of theories and then relate that understanding to the skills and approaches necessary to develop professionally as a coach or mentor. This will help you to research and informs your models and modes of practice. With a unique blend of tutor input and individual coach-supervisor support, you will apply your knowledge to a variety of working contexts.
You should normally have a first degree or equivalent professional experience.
If you have already gained a coaching or mentoring qualification at an appropriate level, you may be given exemption from the Practice Fundamentals module.
