Computing has become part of our lives, fundamental to almost every organisation in almost every industry. That makes an understanding of how these vital systems work a valuable tool that can pave the way to a range of exciting careers.

Our MSc in Computing provides that tool. It’s a conversion course made for graduates from other disciplines, but it’s just as useful for professionals looking for a skills boost and professional progression.

To start with, you’ll learn about object-oriented and web programming, information systems and digital media systems. Then you can chart your own direction – choosing two units, in areas like enterprise programming or machine learning. From there, you’ll tackle your masters’ project. While you’ll have plenty of support along the way, it’s a solo project designed to develop confidence, autonomy and self-sufficiency – qualities that can take you far in the workplace.
