Course Description

This fully accredited MSc Construction Project Management degree will develop your technical, managerial and interpersonal skills necessary for the management of complex construction projects. Module Details

You will be introduced to the core discipline and processes of Construction Project Management theory and practices. You will develop an understanding of how to manage complex design processes from concept design through Building Information Systems (BIM) to detail design, procurement, construction and post completion maintenance and decommissioning. Skills in consultancy and research in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector will be enhanced.
