MA Drama Directing (BOVTS)

A Conservatoire course at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

A four term course for up to four students with the career aim of directing drama. Students come from a very wide range of backgrounds but must have previous directing experience.

Students are provided with the practical experience of working as an assistant to a professional director on theatre, television, radio drama and voice production. Public theatre productions take place in local professional venues. Recorded media training is based at our unique facility – Christchurch Studios – enabling students to explore all aspects of this field with industry specialists.
