About the programme

With this online, part-time MSc, you’ll develop the capabilities needed to support global organisations with employees and offices across the world.

The course will help you learn how to build internal processes – as well as an overall company culture – that meet the complex needs of an international business. You’ll explore key HR theories, the influence of external environments, the employee lifecycle, and more.

Your studies will prepare you for the actual challenges faced by Global HR professionals in the field. You’ll analyse case studies of real organisations, and will even have the option to develop an HR action plan for your organisation as your final project.

Entry Requirements

  • A second-class honours degree or equivalent in any academic subject seeking to pursue/continue a career in HR
  • Applicants with relevant work experience and professional qualifications will also be considered, though they may be subject to interview
  • Evidence of English language proficiency for applicants who don’t speak it as a first language: IELTS level 6.5 with no component score below 6.0 (or other proof accepted by the university)
