If you want to develop a career in the broad field of HRM (human resource management, employment relations, training & development, performance management, reward management, recruitment, selection, and consultancy, then this course is for you. As well as receiving an academic qualification you can also gain associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and with the required experience, upgrade to chartered membership.
Focusing on contemporary, critical and applied themes in the subject area, the course gives you the opportunity to develop the knowledge and understanding necessary for the appropriate analytical, technical and behavioural responses to these issues.
