This course is for Engineering, science or management graduates who want to develop their innovation and technological/engineering skills.

Learn to become a leader who can manage and innovate in complex business environments. You’ll become equipped with skills to take a leadership role in innovation and technology management.

Two of the University’s faculties, Management and Engineering & Design, deliver this course. This unique combination bridges the gap between the two disciplines.

MSc 1 year full-time

Semester one: taught units

  • Management concepts for engineering
  • Commercialisation of new technology
  • Engineering management practicum

Semester two: taught units

Compulsory units

You will take these units:

  • Innovation management
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Engineering management for sustainable value

Entry Requirements

2:1 or above (or its international equivalent) in engineering, management or another relevant subject. We may make an offer based on a lower grade if you can provide evidence of your suitability for the degree.
