Course Description

This course draws primarily upon the common law tradition but is intended to provide the widest possible perspective through groundings in international economic law and a contemporary economic and financial context.

Entry Requirements

The normal requirements for embarking upon a postgraduate taught degree are:

  • A Bachelors Honours degree with 2:2 in any subject
  • For post-experience and professional qualifications, there may be additional entry requirements set by the association or institute that ultimately administers the qualification in question.
