Applicants should have a good 1st degree in law or a related subject from a recognised higher education institution in the UK or overseas; applicants for the MPhil/PhD programme should have a good undergraduate and Master’s degree in law or in a related subject from a recognised higher education institution in the UK or overseas; international students should provide evidence of their proficiency in English: IELTS 7.0 (with a minimum of 6.5 in all components) or equivalent.
