Course Description

This one-year Master’s programme analyses the links between the different levels of energy governance, from an international to a local level, offering problem-focused learning at the crossroads of theory and practice. The programme stretches over three terms and takes place in Nice and Berlin. Several field visits are also organised. 

The study modules include: 

  • International energy governance
  • Economic energy governance 
  • European energy governance 
  • Energy and territories 
  • Methodology modules and simulations 

Entry Requirements

 The programme is targeted at students who have already completed a first degree (minimum 3 years of study at university level). An active knowledge of English is required. 

The application dossier must include the following documents: 

  • Letter of Motivation 
  • Curriculum Vitae 
  • Copy of your original university degree + certified English translation 
  • Transript of records + certified copy of English translation 
  • List and summary of research papers written as part of your studies
  • Two letters of recommendation in English 
  • Passport-size photograph 
  • Documents certifying adequate knowledge of English

Fees

The tuition fee is 8900 Euros. This amount covers, the study fee for the whole length of the programme, accommodation in Berlin, the trip to and from Berlin and all the other study trips and field trips, all simulations and conferences as well as access to local libraries.
