Study Details: PGDip 16 months online
Improve public health within your area, country or internationally with this focused short course in public health. You will gain a range of useful skills that can be applied to drive real change in the communities or contexts you deliver care within.
You will study key topics including health promotion, the principles and methods of epidemiology, and the application of techniques for population health needs assessment, while developing essential personal and professional skills relevant for public health workers. At the end of the course, you will be able to continue your studies and advance onto the full Masters programme.
Teaching methods and style
We’re a 100% online education provider, so we use a state-of-the art Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to deliver our teaching, resources and assessments. Assessment
All assessments are delivered through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). There is no requirement to go to external test centres. Instead you will submit written assignments through the VLE; and for the few courses where exams are required, we use a virtual system which allows you to take academically rigorous exams from the comfort of your own home.

Our courses are taught in English so to study with us you must have an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 or equivalent. If you don’t hold an IELTS or equivalent qualification, you will be required to pass a free online English test to assess your proficiency.
