Entry Requirements

Qualifications or experience

  • A good honours degree or equivalent academic qualification in a technical or analytical discipline. Exceptionally, applicants from non-technical/analytical disciplines but with proven and substantiated experience in the property or construction fields will be considered.

English language requirements

  • English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.
