This Executive MBA is for people with at least five years’ professional/managerial experience who are now ready to transform their career and take their business impact to the most senior levels.
The programme typically takes around three years to complete. During that time, students explore all the relevant aspects of leadership and management, tapping into our world-leading research in areas such as leadership, change management and coaching.
Learning alongside a cohort of motivated managers, participants develop skills in everything from resourcing strategic initiatives to exploring business from a global perspective. They also become adept in areas such as information management, and addressing key concerns for businesses today like AI, digital data and safeguarding.
A minimum of five years’ management/professional experience plus a 2:2 honours degree (or equivalent international qualification) or membership of an approved chartered institute or a diploma in management studies.
