Issues concerning the design of the urban environment are often overlooked – this course has been created to fill that gap. Urban design is a growing profession and we will help you to develop your creativity and knowledge in this area.
Our course is actively involved with urban design initiatives in the region, assisting local communities and urban design practitioners in live projects and competitions. If you already plan, design and manage urban environments, we will improve your analytical and creative skills.
This is a flexible design-based course which gives you the opportunity to customise your learning according to your needs, interests and career aspirations. You will study the latest methods and design theories of urban environments, exploring the development and resolution of projects, and focus on achieving environmental sustainability.
We build your understanding of ecological, management, social and economic principles that contribute to environmental and sustainable development.
