This course will provide students with the opportunity to study a range of advanced, applied project management theories and techniques.

Professional project managers are in significant demand in the United Kingdom and internationally. This postgraduate degree course will introduce you to the advanced concepts, techniques and practices required to manage large and complex projects.

The Programme Leader together with a team of multi-disciplinary academics  have designed this course with the needs of professional project managers in mind.  It focuses on the practical aspects of managing projects within today’s constantly changing business environment.

This degree has two distinctive features.  First, the course will focus on what is required for success in today's constantly changing business environment including such areas as leadership, law, finance, operations, change management and the global commercial marketplace.   Secondly, the emphasis will be a synthesis of the practical and the theoretical as students will be required to identify, evaluate, develop and practice key tactical skill.
