Engineering Management MSc, PG Dip

Study Details

MSc/PGDip One year full-time, two years part-time with one year placement, Two years part-time

This course combines the theory and practice of engineering with the study of business and resource-based management, entrepreneurial leadership, new business ventures and small-to-medium enterprises. It has been designed to meet the increasing demand for postgraduates with an understanding of the application of business and management knowledge in the industrial and engineering sectors.

Combining subjects such as engineering, business and management, our Postgraduate Diploma and MSc in Engineering Management have been designed to meet the increasing demand for postgraduates with an understanding of the application of business and management knowledge in the industrial and engineering sectors.

Throughout your course you will work with our highly regarded academics, who are active in a broad range of research areas, achieving 80% world-leading or internationally excellent research impact (REF 2014).

Entry Requirements

  • UK honours degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent in a relevant subject discipline including technology, computing, engineering or computing science
  • Applicants with relevant employment experience or qualifications will also be considered.

Student Destinations

All modules, with the exception of Global Business Management, are assessed by coursework, case studies and projects. Global Business Management is assessed by a combination of coursework and examination.
