Trade Mark Law and Practice PG Cert

Study Details

PGCert 1 year part time

The Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice is a requirement for those wishing to qualify as Trade Mark Attorneys but it is also open to students who want to get a good understanding of national, European, and international trade mark law at an advanced level. The Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice programme has been specifically designed in close co-operation with the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA) and IPReg for the trainee agent.

Module details

Compulsory modules:

  • Foundations of Law for Trade Mark Practice
  • Trade Mark Law and Practice A
  • Trade Mark Law and Practice B
  • Designs and Copyright Law.

Entry Requirements

You are required to have a minimum 2.2 honours degree.
