Study Details

Professional Development in Education

We offer a range of highly flexible continuing professional development options including study towards a variety of postgraduate awards or purely for professional interest.

The Professional Development in Education route is recommended if you

  • are interested in a particular module but are not intending to study for a Masters qualification
  • don’t wish to commit to a Masters’ programme at the outset but would like to accumulate credits towards a qualification should you decide to take further modules in future

Our modules are taught at postgraduate level and cater for students with a specific interest in an area of professional practice, or those who require development at a particular stage of their career (e.g. as a newly qualified teacher or mentor).  We also offer a module for groups of professionals who wish to collaborate on a project.
