MSc 1 year Full-time

***If you wish to be considered for the 1+3 PhD, please apply to our 3 years full-time PhD programme in Economics.***

The course is intended for students who wish to acquire graduate-level skills in economic analysis and relevant quantitative techniques; it is designed for students who are embarked on, or intending to embark upon, careers in research agencies, consultancy firms, economic advisory services of governments, banks or international agencies, or as university teachers or researchers. The programme provides a sound training in best practice methods of mainstream economics, combined with the opportunities of studying optional areas in depth and of gradual transition to research.
