MSc 2 years Part-time, distance learning

This programme in international humanitarian affairs is studied exclusively online. It is run by the Post-war Reconstruction and Development Unit (PRDU) in collaboration with the Humanitarian Policy Group at the Overseas Development Institute (HPG-ODI) and is an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary postgraduate programme that examines the changing nature of humanitarianism that is offered exclusively online. This programme offers an opportunity for field practitioners to engage with the philosophical and theoretical emergence of the concepts of humanitarianism and explore the fast-changing, contemporary debates over the theory, policy and practice of humanitarian affairs.

Entry Requirements

We are seeking applicants with at least a 2.1 university degree. Candidates without a university degree may also be considered where they have extensive relevant professional experience and can demonstrate the necessary academic ability through the application process.
If you are a non-native English speaking applicant you must provide evidence of your English language ability. You need to show enough fluency in all aspects of English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) to the required level of the course you're applying to.
