MPhil 2 years Full-time, MPhil 4 years Part-time, PhD 3 years Full-time, PhD 6 years Part-time

Through this research programme students conduct a substantial independent research project, which will lead to an original contribution to knowledge; current students are researching topics as diverse as HIV microbes and outcomes of bariatric surgery. Research expertise is organised into 7 centres: Centre for Anatomical and Human Sciences; Centre for Cardiovascular and Metabolic Health; Centre for Health and Population Sciences; Centre for Immunology and Infection; Centre for Neuroscience; Medical Education Unit.

Entry Requirements

A Medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) or a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) is essential, or a Masters Degree which is desirable.
