These exciting 12-month postgraduate Masters degrees consist of taught, advanced level, lecture courses and also provide an opportunity to conduct high-level research within one of the world class research groups in the School of Chemistry.

The Tercentenary International Masters Scholarship

The Tercentenary International Masters Scholarship  helps outstanding postgraduate taught masters students from outside the United Kingdom to study in the School of Chemistry by providing for some of the costs of your training.

Awards

The scholarship will cover your full tuition fees (2022/23 International/EU tuition fees £33,500) and will be tenable for one academic session. This award cannot be held concurrently with fully-funded scholarships. It can, however, be combined with other partial funding.

Our high level research, teaching and facilities attracts ambitious and talented students, who want to make a difference to current and future global issues. We will also help you develop your transferable, communication and leadership skills to help you reach your true potential.

Eligibility

The scholarship is offered to applicants starting a full-time MSc programme in the School of Chemistry in September 2022 on the:

  • MSc Analytical Chemistry
  • MSc Materials Chemistry
  • MSc Medicinal & Biological Chemistry

Applicants to the MSc Research programme will not be considered for this award.
