Rehabilitating stroke patients and a PhD in Engineering | Study at the University of Strathclyde

After completing her MSc at Strathclyde, Maisie decided to stay on to pursue her PhD and now conducts her research in The Sir Jules Thorne Centre for Co-Creation of Rehabilitation Technology in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. The Centre works with stroke patients to provide a tailored rehabilitation plan for them during a 6-8 week program. The work of the Centre, and the research Maisie is doing through her studies is benefitting the lives of those involved.
