Course Description

This Masters in Electronics & Electrical Engineering provides research informed knowledge in a broad spectrum of specialist topics with immediate application to industrial problems. These topics range from electrical supply through advanced systems control to high-speed electronics. Entry Requirements

  • A 2.1 equivalent degree (GPA 3.0) in a relevant subject.
  • Students with a 2.2 equivalent degree (GPA 2.7), but 2.1 equivalent marks in their maths and core theory subjects may be considered for entry.

Career opportunities include chip design, embedded system design, telecommunications, video systems, automation and control, aerospace, software development, development of PC peripherals and FPGA programming, defence, services for the heavy industries, for example electricity generation equipment and renewables plant, etc.
