Make a huge impact on the lives of budding musicians as a music teacher! You’ll help change the way young people view themselves and give them the confidence to take their interest in music to new levels. Whether you’re a practicing musician or an aficionado of music, you’ll love the chance to share your passion and inspire a new generation of performers.
Developing and making use of your music skills, you will explore teaching methods in all areas across Key Stages 3 and 4, which span ages 11 to 18. We will share good practice and professional values with you, and teach you how to nurture diverse musical talents and abilities. By fostering an appreciation of music in young people, you’ll help create the performers and composers of tomorrow, so get started and enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling career as a secondary school music teacher.
