MSc Building Information Modelling Management and Sustainable Digital Delivery

  • DeadlineStudy Details:

MSc: one year full-time  or two years part-time

Masters Degree Description

The construction sector is a major part of the UK economy and any centrally procured project is required to comply with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its current global standards. This is the process of creating and managing construction information through a project's life cycle with higher efficiencies in workflows and processes using Technology and Sustainable Digital Delivery as a catalyst.

We are one of the first institutions in the world to offer a work-based Building Information Modelling programme. This master's degree is specifically designed to meet the current shortage of high-quality graduate professionals by developing their skillsets in managing projects, global teams, and organisations in the efficient technical, operational and strategic coordination of processes, workflows, people, assets and state-of-the art technologies that BIM requires.

Entry Requirements

We welcome applications from prospective students from a wide variety of backgrounds and experience. For this course, ideally, we are looking for these qualifications:

A 2:2 honours degree in appropriate construction discipline
Membership of a relevant professional body including 3 years of relevant industrial experience
If you have relevant qualifications or work experience, we may be able to count this towards your entry requirements.
