The course will enhance your capacity to critically appraise both your own and others’ practice in relation to the legal and ethical framework, including the ability to identify and address emerging challenges through independent and/or collaborative activity.

Graduates will have a deep understanding of fundamental legal and ethical concepts and theories that enable you to present your ideas and opinions in a structured, planned and supported approach to legal and ethical issues.

This is the only university accredited course in dental law and ethics within the UK that is specific to dental staff. The course focuses on enabling dentists to work with professionally relevant legal and ethical principles and to consider the ways in which these principles influence their everyday practice.
