This course provides both the understanding of how energy systems are changing, and what technologies will be important in the future. A challenge-driven programme sits alongside internationally-recognised innovation at the Birmingham Energy Institute that spans fundamental research through to industrial application.
At least 12 months relevant experience of working in a clinical and/or forensic setting which has involved face-to-face contact with clients under the supervision of a qualified clinical or forensic psychologist (where this is not possible, such as in the case of international students, please contact the admissions tutor for advice on meeting this requirement)

The selection process will consist of an interview and a written exercise. The interview will be conducted by a panel of academic staff, practitioners from relevant services and experts by experience. Topics will cover personal suitability and academic/research proficiency. The written exercise will focus on an applied or academic aspect relevant to the practice of both forensic and clinical psychology. Selection will normally be held over the course of a single day.

Mandatory vaccinations for COVID-19 for prospective healthcare students
Please note you will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to undertake your course unless you can satisfactorily demonstrate that you are medically exempt or under 18 years of age. The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed that all staff in England who are deployed in health and social care roles involving face-to-face contact with service users (including students on placements) must have been fully vaccinated with an MHRA approved COVID-19 vaccine.
